The benchtops require installation by qualified tradesmen due to the custom nature of kitchens scribing etc is needed.
Box and Bench will not be liable if the product does not fit. Customer is responsible for checking the plans dimensions are suitable for installation and delivery access.
Modifications
If you wish to change the benchtop sizing or mix and match colours this can be done on request by contacting us directly after, check out. Changes will occur additional charges.
We strongly recommend ordering samples before purchasing so you can check the colour, texture and finish in person.

Delivery from 3 weeks after processing, product dependant.
Benchtops can only be purchased with a kitchen package.
Delivery date will be agreed in advance with customer and a 3-hour window given 48hours prior.
Deliveries require minimum 5 days' notice to reschedule and must be re-delivered within 7 days of the original delivery date.
Kitchen packages are delivered as pre-assembled cabinetry (unless noted).
Delivery is to ground floor access only unless otherwise agreed
Delivery to Highrise requires use of the elevator to be arranged by customer and restrictions must be provided. Customers take responsibility that the items will fit into the elevator.
Customer must ensure safe and suitable access for delivery and that the products provided have no dimensional access restrictions.
Products must be stored indoors.
Cabinets and benchtops should be checked upon delivery and prior to installation
Returns
This product is made to order based on your selected options. Please check all selections carefully before placing your order. Due to the customised nature of kitchen products, change-of-mind returns will not be accepted once production or processing has commenced.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48hours of delivery with photos and order details via email so we can assess the issue promptly.
