We strongly recommend ordering samples before purchasing so you can check the colour, texture and finish in person.
Delivery
Lead times vary depending on selected finish, door style and stock availability. We Deliver Across North Brisbane, Brisbane CBD, Ipswich and Gold Coast and Tweed. If you're unsure if we deliver to your area, send us a message on live chat or email.
Delivery from 3 weeks after processing, product dependant.
Processing time 2-3 business days after modification approval (if requested)
Benchtops, appliances and handles/accessories can only be purchased with a kitchen package.
Delivery date will be agreed in advance and a 3-hour delivery window provided 48hours prior.
Deliveries require minimum 5 business days' notice to reschedule and must be re-delivered within 7 business days of the original delivery date.
Kitchen packages are delivered as pre-assembled cabinetry (unless noted).
Delivery is to ground floor of house, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery to Highrise requires use of the elevator to be arranged by customer and all restrictions must be provided.
Customer must ensure safe and suitable access for delivery and that the products provided have no dimensional access restrictions.
Products must be stored indoors.
All items must be checked upon delivery and prior to installation for defects and damages.
Returns
This product is made to order based on your selected options. Please check all selections carefully before placing your order. Due to the customised nature of kitchen products, change-of-mind returns will not be accepted once production or processing has commenced.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48hours of delivery with photos and order details via email so we can rectify the issue promptly.
