Where a woodgrain finish is selected, grain direction is running horizontal across the installed benchtop and where kitchen layout included a return the grain will not match up.

Benchtop Edge

This product is available in ABS Square Edge only.

• Exposed edges only are finished

• Benchtops are supplied at 600mm depth, no fixings included or 900mm depth for islands.

Important Benchtop Notes

• This product is supply only and cannot be purchased separately to a kitchen package.

• Benchtops are not pre-cut for sinks, cooktops, mixer taps, pop-up power points or other appliances

• The benchtops are supplied to suit the chosen kitchen layout unless otherwise stated.

• All sink, cooktop and service cut-outs must be completed on site by the installer or relevant trade

• Excludes all fixings including but not limited to Joint fixing, bolts, Silicone, glues or sealants

• Benchtops may require trimming, scribes or on-site adjustments to suit wall conditions

• Joins may be required depending on the layout and product size, Butts joints required on site.

• Natural variations in laminate pattern direction and join visibility may occur

• Timber grained benchtops run horizontal when fitted and where returns are required the grain will not align.

• Customers are responsible for checking room measurements, appliance sizes, service locations and delivery access before ordering.

Delivery

Lead times vary depending on selected finish, door style and stock availability. We Deliver Across North Brisbane, Brisbane CBD, Ipswich, Gold Coast and Northern Rivers NSW. If you're unsure if we deliver to your area, send us a message on live chat or email.

• Delivery from 3 weeks after processing, product dependant.

• Benchtops can only be purchased with a kitchen package.

• Delivery date will be agreed in advance with customer and a 3-hour window given 48hours prior.

• Deliveries require minimum 5 days' notice to reschedule and must be re-delivered within 7 days of the original delivery date.

• Kitchen packages are delivered as pre-assembled cabinetry (unless noted).

• Delivery is to ground floor access only unless otherwise agreed

• Delivery to Highrise requires use of the elevator to be arranged by customer and restrictions must be provided. Customers take responsibility that the items will fit into the elevator.

• Customer must ensure safe and suitable access for delivery and that the products provided have no dimensional access restrictions.

• Products must be stored indoors.

• Cabinets and benchtops should be checked upon delivery and prior to installation

Returns

This product is made to order based on your selected options. Please check all selections carefully before placing your order. Due to the customised nature of kitchen products, change-of-mind returns will not be accepted once production or processing has commenced.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48hours of delivery with photos and order details via email so we can assess the issue promptly.
